Opening hours

The library is open:

Wednesdays from 12:00 - 14:00
Thursdays from 14:00 - 15:30

During opening hours, the library can be reached by telephone on 0221-470-1273 and by e-mail at gestik-bibliothek(at)uni-koeln.de.

For loan and return appointments outside the opening hours, please contact us by e-mail.

Lending

To borrow items, please fill out the loan form here and send it to gestik-bibliothek(at)uni-koeln.de at least one day before the loan, i.e. either Tuesday or Wednesday. On the following day you can collect your loan during the library opening hours stated above.

The library is located in the offices of GeStiK on the first floor of the Bauwens building (building 210b) of the University of Cologne with the entrance at Richard-Strauss-Straße 2. Please only use the entrance via Richard-Strauss-Straße. You can enter the library through room 0A 015.
